Our daily tasks vary significantly throughout the team; however, the focus remains on delivering often highly technical solutions that help our clients improve their security and controls posture. This might include analysing granular details such as user access within a set of systems, providing new data protection measures, or drawing solutions from data sets.
In joining our team, you can expect to be working on challenging projects across a wide range of global clients (e.g. FTSE 100) and industries. The nature of projects will be diverse and will vary across the categories of advisory, assurance, managed services and system implementation. Whilst being actively engaged on solving business problems, our core practice remains specialised in technical solutions for our clients.
About You
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Systems & Security Administrator to manage and support our Microsoft 365 environment, internal IT support operations, and cybersecurity awareness initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth IT service delivery, maintaining security hygiene, and aligning IT policies with organizational controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft 365 Administration
- Manage user lifecycle activities including Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML).
- Assign and manage Microsoft 365 licenses.
- Generate and analyze monthly M365 usage and performance reports.
- Ensure optimal configuration and health of M365 services.
Cybersecurity Awareness & Training
- Administer the KnowBe4 platform and plan simulated phishing campaigns.
- Develop and distribute security awareness training materials.
- Monitor and respond to reported phishing and spam emails.
- Promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness across the organization.
IT Support & Operations
- Manage incoming IT support tickets via Zendesk.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reported IT issues in a timely manner.
- Provision and maintain internal demo systems for testing and training.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
Governance & Policy Management
- Review and update IT-related policies to ensure alignment with IT management and control frameworks.
- Support audits and compliance initiatives by maintaining accurate documentation and records.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk).
- Experience with KnowBe4 or similar cybersecurity awareness platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT governance and policy frameworks.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
