We are a fast growing and dynamic company with a fun, relaxed but professional culture. We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a PAM Senior Consultant to join our team who will be key in supporting our rapid growth plans and ambitious over the next five years.
In joining our team, you can expect to be working on challenging PAM projects across a wide range of global clients and industries. The nature of projects will be diverse and will vary across the categories of advisory, assurance, managed services, and system implementation. Whilst being actively engaged in solving business problems, our core practice remains specialised in technical solutions for our clients.
About You
We are looking for an independent, pro-active, and ambitious individual who is committed to making a meaningful contribution to Turnkey.
The candidate will play a leading role in supporting client engagements, as well as utilising strong technical experience to implement PAM solutions that best fit our clients’ needs.
We are looking for a driven individual with at least five years’ practical experience in delivering solutions within the Privilege Access Management domain to join our team as a PAM Senior Consultant. The successful candidate will have a good level of technical ability, and a good understanding of business needs, to ensure successful delivery of the best technical solutions every time.
The Ideal candidate will be confident in delivering privilege access management solutions, across some of the following areas:
- Privilege access management
- Password management
- Privileged remote access management
The key technologies we are looking for are:
- BeyondTrust OR CyberArk OR Delinea
And any of the following technologies would be desirable.

Sailpoint OR Microfocus OR Ping Identity

Knowledge of integrations with SAP will be an advantage.
We are looking ideally for someone with the following attributes:
-
5+ years of professional work experience as PAM consultant / Engineer
-
Background in both delivering and working with major PAM vendors
-
Experience in designing and implementing PAM solutions such as (BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Delinea) for enterprise organizations.
-
Experience with password safe tools such as BeyondTrust Password safe or other similar product for both Windows and Linux environments.
-
Experience with databases, LDAP and directory services, application servers, operating systems and network infrastructure.

Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle regarding privileged accounts and how people use accounts.

Demonstrate an advanced understanding of troubleshooting and configuring Privileged applications, Privileged ID Management, and API integrations.

Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with clear communication.
The following attributes, while not mandatory, will be advantageous:

Experience of working within a team to help deliver a client PAM strategy
-
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, ITIL, etc.

Product certifications from any PAM solutions such as BeyondTrust, CyberArk or Delinia
-
Have understanding and knowledge on IDM/IGA, SSO, MFA
-
Experience of working in professional services consulting, ideally experience with the ‘Big-4’ or similar

Understanding of regulatory frameworks, and their application to Ping Identity, e.g. SOx, ISO27001, NIST, HIPAA, GDPR, PSD2, etc.
Your responsibilities will include:
-
Work and communicate with clients to understand requirements and configure solutions to best fit those needs
-
Lead PAM project strategy and execution and act as the functional technical leader during implementation.

Collaborate with client’s IT, cybersecurity, and other departments to integrate PAM solutions with existing systems and workflows.

Assist client in incident response activities related to privileged account breaches or misuse.

Provide expert guidance and training to client on best practices for privileged access management and security awareness
-
Implement, deploy, configure, migrate/upgrade, deliver managed service for PAM solutions
-
Establish PAM Security Strategy including provisioning, password management and access policies, SSH key management, API key management and reporting.

Design, configure, and maintain PAM solutions for Linux and Windows tools.
-
Integrate PAM solution with various technologies.
-
Evaluate and monitor project efforts, timelines, and task management.

Assisting with thought leadership activities, where appropriate
-
Mentor and coach junior engineers.

Participate in pre-sales activity including requirement gathering, RFI, RFP, demo and proposal
