About You

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Senior Consultant with a strong background in both implementation and support across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, HCM, and SAP GRC Access Control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP security frameworks, managing day-to-day security operations, troubleshooting access issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·      Design and implement SAP security roles and authorizations for new projects, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and HCM.

·      Develop security strategies and role design for greenfield and brownfield S/4HANA migrations.

·      Conduct role redesign projects, ensuring compliance with least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD) principles.

·      Define and implement security policies, processes, and best practices for SAP applications.

·      Manage user administration, role assignments, and access troubleshooting.

·      Maintain and optimize SAP security roles and authorizations in compliance with business and IT security policies.

·      Support security aspects of SAP Fiori, cloud integrations, and third-party applications.

·       Implement and administer SAP GRC Access Control, including:

1.    Access Risk Analysis (ARA): Identifying and mitigating SoD conflicts.

2.    Emergency Access Management (EAM): Assigning and monitoring firefighter access.

3.    User Access Review (UAR): Conducting periodic access reviews.

4.    Role Management (BRM): Designing compliant roles and access models.

·       Conduct SoD analysis and remediation for SAP roles and users.

·       Monitor SAP systems for security threats, unauthorized access, and anomalies.

·       Investigate and resolve security incidents, access breaches, and SoD conflicts.

·       Collaborate with IT security teams to enhance SAP security controls.

·       Manage new user provisioning, modifications, and terminations.

·       Support HR-driven user provisioning in SAP HCM.

·       Maintain and troubleshoot structural authorizations in HCM.

Qualifications & Experience:

·       7+ years of experience in SAP Security (both implementation and support) across ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and HCM.

·       Strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, EAM, BRM, UAR).

·       Experience in role design, authorization concepts, and user provisioning.

·       Hands-on experience with SoD analysis and compliance enforcement.

·       Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP access issues efficiently.

·       Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori security, cloud security, and integrations.

·       Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, and ISO 27001.

·       Must be available to join immediately.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Security or GRC Certification.
