In joining us as a Project Manager you will be managing projects in a fast growing and dynamic working on security (SAP and Non-SAP Related), GRC and Cyber Security projects, Identity Access Management (IAM) and managed services. In addition, you will be part of the Operation team serving our client across a diverse range of industries. 

About You 

We are looking for mature, independent, proactive, and ambitious individuals who are committed to making a meaningful contribution to Turnkey.  While an Information Security background would be advantageous but not compulsory, intellectual curiosity and a can-do attitude is more important than the subject of your degree.  We provide structured training programme to help equip you with a broad set of skills that will help you to excel in your consultancy career with us, so no deep technical knowledge is required to apply. 

Key attributes we are looking for are:

• Minimum 8 years and above in Project Management Space
• PMP or Prince 2 certified
• Experiencing working with teams located in different geographical regions across different countries
• Independently plan and control projects with budget and results responsibility
• Good knowledge on project management
• Structured, systematic and detail-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills in an international context
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
• Entrepreneurial thinking, goal orientation and assertiveness
• Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) 
• Honours Degree or Advance Diploma in any IT discipline 
• ITIL certification will be an added advantage
• Capacity to manage high stress situation
• Big picture thinking and vision
• Knowledgeable on Agile, DevOps practices in Development and IT Operations
• Knowledge of SAP Security, GRC, CyberSecurity Concept will be an advantage

What to expect:

• Manage end to end of a project up to completion
• Scope project requirements and preparation budget
• Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
• Deliver projects on time and ensuring quality standards are met
• Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
• Collaborate internal and external teams to design, develop and implement project
• Continuous optimization of project management methods and standards
• Managing large diverse teams
• Coordinating and managing staff resources
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
