An expanding and dynamic company with a fun, relaxed but professional culture, we are a small organization that punches well above our weight, and we currently have an exciting opening to join our team as IAM Business Analyst.

We are looking for an IAM Analyst to help service our client base. Ideal candidate will have a good background in IT (such as networking, programming, middleware) and sound understanding of IT security specifically related to access management. Knowledge of IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Ping and Okta will be a plus. 


For this role, we are looking for someone with 2 – 3 years of work experience in IT domain. Relevant experience may come from working with a consultancy or end user organization.


IAM Analyst will be responsible for working with larger IAM project team and assist in various project related activities. Some of the day-to-day duties include:

  • Gather and documenting functional/ business requirements for IAM implementation covering various IAM functionalities such as user lifecycle management, access request, policy management, password management, PAM integration, Single Sign On/ Multi Factor Authentication, Role Based Access Control, etc
  • Analysing business requirements and defining a functional design for IAM solution
  • Documenting to-be process flows for the above IAM functionalities
  • Develop IAM technical design documents for compliance and alignment with functional. business requirements
  • Prepare user manuals for implemented IAM solution
  • Develop test plan
  • Document test scripts based on the agreed business requirements.

The selected IAM Analyst will be mentored by experienced IAM consultant and will be required to get certified in chosen IAM solution within 3 – 6 months of joining.

We are looking for a team-player who is open to challenges and willing to expand their knowledge in the area of IAM. 


The following attributes, while not mandatory, will be highly regarded:

  • Education in Business, IT, IT security or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, BeanShell/ JavaScript, JSP/Servlets and SQL
  • Experience with the web technologies such as XML, SPML/ SOAP, Web and Application Servers, and HTML
  • Experience with databases, and directories
  • Experience with documentation of business/ technical requirements and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
