We are looking for an independent, pro-active, and ambitious individual who is committed to making a meaningful contribution to Turnkey. You will be responsible for driving sales and developing strategic partnerships to promote our organisation's Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity services (specially VAPT). Your primary focus will be on understanding clients' security needs, presenting tailored IAM and cybersecurity solutions, and fostering long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity, IAM technologies, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Please note the focus of this role is for Professional Services (NOT software).

Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients interested in IAM solutions and cybersecurity services.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and create a robust sales pipeline.

2. Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Understand clients’ unique security challenges and objectives to propose tailored IAM and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our IAM offerings.

3. Solution Consultation:

  • Work closely with the technical and presales team to understand the technical aspects of IAM solutions and effectively communicate these to clients.
  • Provide consultative guidance on how our IAM solutions can address specific security and access management requirements.

4. Contract Negotiation and Closure: 

  • Lead contract negotiations, addressing pricing, terms, and other relevant aspects.
  • Ensure smooth handover to the implementation team once contracts are finalized.

5. Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the cybersecurity and IAM landscape.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams regarding market demands and competitive intelligence.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  2. Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, technologies, and best practices.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proven track record of success in selling cybersecurity and IAM services.
