About the Role

It is a role that blends strategic HR leadership with practical, hands-on delivery, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a visible impact.

This role will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, is comfortable operating both strategically and operationally, and enjoys being the go-to person for all things people. Experience within a Global Capability Center, shared services, consulting, professional services, or another high-growth environment would be an advantage.
