You will be responsible for maintaining a healthy pipeline, ensuring accurate CRM tracking, and consistently following through on leads to move them toward conversion.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will support the development of proposals, coordinate deal activities, and ensure opportunities are well-prepared. This role combines client engagement with structured execution, requiring strong discipline in pipeline management, attention to detail, and the ability to keep momentum across multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities:

·       Qualify leads based on defined criteria and convert them into discovery meetings and qualified opportunities

·       Follow up on marketing-generated leads and support conversion into active sales opportunities

·       Maintain a strong, active pipeline with consistent follow-ups and progression of all opportunities toward closure

·       Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates (e.g., HubSpot), including opportunity status, activities, next steps, and key notes

·       Maintain pipeline discipline through structured follow-ups, data accuracy, and consistent opportunity hygiene

·       Support procurement and preparation of commercial materials including proposals, quotations, RFP responses, and presentations in collaboration with internal teams or partners

·       Organise client meetings and conduct regular check-ins to assess engagement level, understanding client’s pain points and future needs

·       Provide sales reporting by maintaining accurate pipeline data and highlighting key movements, risks, and opportunities

·       Support marketing campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives to generate and progress leads into qualified opportunities

·       Support partner engagement activities by assisting in coordination and follow-ups to generate referrals and joint opportunities

·       Support smooth handover of closed deals to delivery teams with complete and accurate documentation

·       Maintain professionalism and compliance with company policies, client agreements, and partner obligations

·       Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, reporting standards, and pipeline management practices

Requirements:

·       Demonstrated winning mindset with the ability to drive opportunities toward closure and contribute to revenue growth

·       Strong organisational and process discipline with high attention to detail, especially in pipeline and CRM management

·       Ability to translate client needs into structured sales approaches and solution positioning

·       Strong interpersonal presence with confidence in engaging clients and initiating sales conversations

·       Driven, resourceful, and persistent; able to follow through and prevent deals from stalling

·       Willingness to learn, adapt, and progressively take on greater responsibility in opportunity development and deal progression
