Position Details

·       Job Title: Senior GRC Consultant

·       Practice: RSC

·       Experience Required: 6+ years

·       Employment Type: Contractor / Full‑time (based on engagement needs)

·       Location: India (preferred), with willingness to relocate to Malaysia if required (not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on delivery and advisory support across Diligent (High-Bond) engagements, including configuration, implementation, and ongoing support
• Lead and support Risk Management activities, including risk identification, assessment, documentation, and reporting
• Design, implement, and test controls, ensuring alignment with internal policies, regulatory expectations, and industry frameworks
• Support Audit Management activities, including audit planning, execution, issue tracking, remediation, and reporting using the Diligent platform
• Drive end‑to‑end GRC process execution, including risk assessments, control frameworks, audit lifecycle management, and continuous monitoring
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, supporting workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design discussions
• Support multiple engagements concurrently with minimal oversight, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality outputs
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of Diligent solutions
• Contribute to knowledge building, best practices, and reusable assets for Diligent‑related offerings within Turnkey

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience with the Diligent (High-Bond) platform, specifically across:
• Risk Management
• Controls design and testing
• Audit management and execution
• Proven experience in GRC processes, including:
• Enterprise and operational risk assessments
• Control framework design and effectiveness testing
• Audit lifecycle management and issue remediation tracking
• Ability to independently support advisory and delivery activities across multiple engagements with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of GRC concepts, methodologies, and regulatory expectations
• Excellent client‑facing communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical stakeholders
• Strong documentation, analysis, and problem‑solving skills

Preferred / Added Advantages

• Prior experience supporting Diligent PS/MS engagements
• Exposure to centralized or global GRC delivery models
• Experience working with global clients across multiple regions
• Relevant certifications in Risk, Audit, or Compliance (added advantage)

Educational Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related discipline
